The Frégalicious

The creamy and fresh texture of this smoothie bowl makes it a tasty breakfast or dessert, which will not fail to give you a BOOST (thanks to Maca and Guarana)! Also very interesting for those who wish to maintain their muscle mass during a drying period or develop their muscle fiber density: hemp is a complete vegetable protein (contains among other things all the essential amino acids) and easily assimilated, which will nourish your fibers in depth, while protecting your immune system
Ingredients:
Toppings: a few pistachios, 50g of plant-based yogurt for those with a sweet tooth, and Granoleas (or oilseeds) to add crunch
- 150ml almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 2 tbsp BOOST protein
- 100 gr frozen strawberries
- 1 large banana
Steps: Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a creamy and homogeneous texture. Pour everything into a bowl, add the toppings and enjoy fresh!
